So, 50+ wins before the end of June is wonderful, but if that wasn't enough...
Interleague:
2-1 against Big Red Machine
3-0 against Cubs
2-1 against Brew-Crew
3-0 against Cards
We're 10-2 against the National League this year! And I'd be willing to argue that it's the NL's best division too.
Although, the problem is that in years past, we haven't done very well against Houston (but we're ok againt Pittsburgh.)
Don't forget to vote Tigers on the ballot! We only have 4 more days!

Date: 2006-06-26 03:26 am (UTC)As for divisions, the NL Central is probably the best, with the exception of the Cubs and the Pirates. They have the Cardinals, the Reds and the Astros. As for the NL East, they have the Mets (47-28) and the Phillies are 11 1/2 games back. The NL West is a close race for 1st, Arizona is in last place at 3 1/2 games back. Then again, the Dodgers hold the division's best record at 40-35, LOL...
Great game today, this team is fo' real...and if we can sweep Houston...man. I'm so excited.
