I actually disagree. Although I don't think using Rodney for four innings was brilliant, the fact of the matter is, it seems he was thinking ahead. He put faith in his offense to get the job done. So it didn't. He saved his pitchers to give them a slim chance to pitch well tomorrow, should they have made it. Meanwhile, Gardy desided to play match up tossing out pitchers like they were duplicate baseball cards. His offense didn't win him the game, and I'm not going to blame the umps for questionable strikeouts and non-hit batters...though I probably should.
