I feel dumb asking this, but what is Wilfredo's last name? I tried searching for him on MLB, but the only result that is returned is Tejada, and I swear the Tigers had a pitcher in 2006 or 2007 named Wilfredo.

You are probably thinking of Wilfredo Ledezma, who somehow is still getting big league jobs.
